Easy-to-access location directly on Sunrise Highway. Once inside you have the option of ordering from a kiosk (only one of two... was operational today), or at the counter. When we approached the counter, one of the employees asked us to wait a minute whilehe took care of something in the back. Then he came back up front and had a brief chat with another employee (didn?t seem workrelated) while we stood there and watched. I?m normally super patient, but at that time I felt that he could?ve first taken ourorder and had the chat afterward since the inside of the restaurant wasn?t at all busy. The food was tasty. The manager was not helpful. I don't think he is suited for that position. Drive thru is terrible along with doordash orders.... They would not make an order because the system would not take any orders even when dashers show them the order. This placeneeds reeducation on customer service. Worst place I ever drove thru for 45 min wait time to get to the intercom. Read more
Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch and was given this mess. Is this what they call customer service?! I was giving this after... already having to have them REMAKE MY ORDER. When asking them to do so, because they got everything in my order wrong, I wasgiven attitude by the manager who was clearly annoyed that he had to remake my order because it was his staff that got it wrongin the first place. I never leave reviews but this place is utter trash. They always mess up orders every time I come here. Read more
Horrifically understaffed at night. I've waited over 30 minutes both in drive through and in store. Don't park on the right side... of the store or you could end up waiting over half an hour to get out of your parking spot because the drive through isconstantly backed up. Don't expect to see a cashier if you go in, they force you to use the kiosks because they only have twopeople working and heaven forbid they get your order wrong. I've nearly seen a riot break out in store on a Saturday night dueto the number of drunk people not getting their food fast enough (30+minutes is a eternity for hungry drunk people). Orders are always accurate. The service is fast, how a fast food place should be. Good prices and good portions. My go to is... the steak chalupa supreme. As it can be seen in the picture it's not messy and ingredients fill the chalupa shell. Read more
This place is always extremely busy with long wait times. HOWEVER, THEIR FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD. With the exception of not giving... me a refund for the frozen drinks after i paid for them.......since the machines are broken..... they still make my orderexactly as asked. Their potatoes are always crispy in my burrito. Basically, the long 40minute lines are worth it because thisis best taco bell I've been to.
