Sooo my coffee was burnt but the person with pretty pink hair who met me at the window made my morning. Their smile and genuine... friendliness helped me feel valued as a customer. Usualy I get some abrupt person too busy to even smile. I will take 100 ofthis person over the other. Dont get me wrong they were busy but they didnt ignore the person they were attending to. Kudos. It was like the lady at the register did not listen when I put my order in for two steak and egg on a English muffin but I got... sausage and egg instead with no time to fix the order, was definitely disappointed. Read more

The coffee I ordered Aug 30th about 3pm tasted terrible. Tasted like grinds were reused it was so weak it was the worst coffee... I have tasted. Had already left so no way to ask about a new brew but it was shockingly bad. Read more

I recommend Mitchell, or clinton, its worth the insane price of gas not to stop at this place. The slowest restaurant I've ever... encountered. Order is wrong 90% of the time, the food is cold, stale or soggy or all of the above. And from some reason everytime I ask for a ketchup packet they are extremely stick and covered with hair. How about don't put the ketchup in with thehoney?! I wont lie, the coffee is good usually. (but after 15 mins waiting on average they should have figured out how to makecoffee lol) Seriously the worst timmies in canada. Employees basically bark orders at you in the drive thru, or you can standinside and wait being the only person in the store for 25 minutes. I ordered inside and paid, and waited 17 mins for a bagel anda coffee, i asked for a refund and they basically laughed and said no. Absolute joke. 0 stars all day. Read more

A close friend was very upset yesterday at the disrespect they encountered with a fenale at the drive thru. She wanted a Biebs... deal that she got on her phone. Apparently the staff person was scarastic & demeaning at the order. I know it is hard to findstaff but there is no excuse for this hateful treatment. My friend chose to take the abuse...I will not!
