Entered into the restaurant & was seated in the middle of the dining area at a table. I sat & observed with time, not one... waitress or waiter greeted or took my beverage order after several minutes. Went back to host area & they couldn't even tell mewho was waiting the area. This was very poor customer service and unexpected as I may be a resident or a visitor in the city. Icould've also wanted to bless with a generous tip. I'm not sure I'll be back. Read more

I stopped coming because it seemed like they were out of everything. Started going again thinking that changed. It has not.... While the food is good when you can get it, the service is not. I was told by staff that truck comes in Wednesday, by Sundaythey shouldn't be out of items. When I made note of this and publicly said I'm not coming back. The staff acted unconcerned. I'mnot coming back. Find another place to go, these people can't be bothered. Read more

It was just ok, they don't pay close enough attention to the door, half the restaurant was closed off except for a couple of... people that were I'm guessing their special customers, and they were out of most of the things we asked for and one of thedrinks. They only had 3 deserts on the menu, something I always loved about them was their awesome deserts and they only had oneof them! I was so disappointed and so was my friend. It's Denney's. Your not eating here to be healthy, it's about the memories, friendship, convenience, that are established while... being here. Yes the food can be hit and miss at times, the staff more than make up for it with a positive attitude while there.I think that we have all started at a place in our live to make change, just remember your server and staff at Denney's aredoing the same. Smile back and have patience your food will come and the coffee will be topped off as often as needed. Read more

Stopped by Dennys this morning after work with a coworker and we had the worst service ever. Our waiter kept going back to sleep... after each trip to the table we had to ask for our own refills we didn't have any silverware and the cook was MIA doingsomething else. The gravy had a weird taste and my eggs were overcooked. Their were dirty tables and the counter wasn't cleanthe floors could have been swept and the women's restroom could have used some attention as well but instead he chose to takenaps in between. We asked if their was a cook cause we didn't see one in the kitchen and he didn't know if he was there or not.Sometimes we have a group that will stop by and eat when we get off of work in the morning being we work overnight needless tosay we won't be doing that again. It's a shame that this is the only 24 hour restaurant that you could actually go in and have asit down meal but getting poor service especially when ya'll are not a cheap place to eat. Read more

The food was cooked good an thanks for the chef's that cooked my family food. But beyond that the service sucked!! Our waitress... never came to check on us or ask if we needed any refills on our drinks. That's not good customer service I own two businessesand I don't treat my clients like that. She forgot some of our order so we had to wave her down like 3 times. Literally Wave!!Sad! But because who ever was the manager wasn't doing there job. All waitress seating down an talking an on phone instead oftake care of the costumer made the business look bad. I know there was some cleaning that could have been done. I had to returnmy cup because he had stuff in the cup. BUT THEY HAVE TIME TO TALK. Read more

I picked up breakfast for my whole family and came home with one of my pancake orders had a large piece of metal tip. How can... you guys not notice? This could've been fatal if swallowen. I've called them and told them about what I've found on mypancakes, yet they denied the metal item. One of the pancake orders had pieces of spinach or lettuce in hashbrown. Like forreal, I payed for the breakfast and you gave it to me how it is. The lady on the phone did not apologized and sounded annoyedwhen I tried to explain my issue. She truly needs to work on her customer service. I was only given one refund for one meal butnot the rest. My family didn't even eat thier breakfast . Read more

Ordered online for curbside. When we arrived to pick up they told us they was on the way outside with our food, after 40 minutes... of being told that no one showed up and went inside to request my food and was told they was still working on it because foodhad stuck to their pan... after waiting and finally receiving my order and got home with it, the food was burned, we was missingthe ham on the sandwich, and had some rotten strawberries. Called and spoke with Claudio the shift manager and said theycouldn't do much except to refund 1 meal only. Very upset ???? in how they handled this.... I guess they thought we was somesort of dogs to eat that stuff. They should feed that food to their families instead of us. Read more
