I always come here for a large iced coffee no ice. Usually they are quick about it but today they took 10 minutes to get my iced... coffee and it was no cars in front of me. No one apologized to me for the wait and they were rude as hell. This Jack in the Boxlocation has gone downhill. Read more
They were pretty slow in the drive thru. Cashier had great customer service food was warm by the time I got home.
Ordered a grilled chicken combo with a medium fry, and I specifically asked for ranch not bbq, I got home to a small fry, and 4... bbq sauces. And the fries that were edible were soggy the others were too crunchy to eat.
