I always come here for a large iced coffee no ice. Usually they are quick about it but today they took 10 minutes to get my iced... coffee and it was no cars in front of me. No one apologized to me for the wait and they were rude as hell. This Jack in the Boxlocation has gone downhill. Read more

They were pretty slow in the drive thru. Cashier had great customer service food was warm by the time I got home.

Ordered a grilled chicken combo with a medium fry, and I specifically asked for ranch not bbq, I got home to a small fry, and 4... bbq sauces. And the fries that were edible were soggy the others were too crunchy to eat. Went through the drive through around1:20, who ever works there At that time needs to be fired, because why would you allow an order to go out the window like that ? Read more

Ok so the manager and the employees there cannot add or subtract at all. I have $22.77 for an order costing $12.77 that... should've left $10 in change. The kid at the register did not count the money and keyed in $20. I told him his mistake and hedidn't understand. The lady helping him didn't understand either and got the manager. He proceeded to to tell me he owed me$10.02 i told him what i payed and he looked confused telling me he still owed me $10.02. I wonder if any of them made itthrough school cause none of them knew how to subtract $12.77 from $22.77 to get $10 cause they continued to argue with me aboutit. In all fairness the food was out fast and was correct. 3 stars for getting the order right and in a timely manner. Read more

Ordered a Jumbo Jack and received the same meat used in a $1 burger. Went to complain and was told that it?s the same meat.
