The pizza was good but my card got charged twice. First attempt the employee said it didn't go thru. I asked for the paper that... printed out and it was not mine and it said the total was 4.63. Mine was 25 dollars. Ran it again and went thru. Looked at mybank and I was charged twice. The mistake was finally corrected but I felt like I had to jump thru hoops. I will be reporting this location for the unfairness of customer service support. Their phone system doesn't work is what the... employee stated, so how can the customer contact the company to correct a mistake before the process is started if the linesystem doesn't work? Than when you get there they tell you, they cant correct my pizza order withouthavibg to purchase a otherpizza. I will be reporting to the BBB. The Hispanic manager and workers are very unprofessional. I ordered a pizza and it was missing half the cheese. Instead of them... trying to rectify the situation, they were being very combative. I asked the girl what was her name and she refused to give tome. I told her that I was going to report her and take her picture, so she was like nope and walked to the back of therestaurant. The other girl in front turned her back to me as well. Then the manager came to see what was the issue and Iexplained to her the situation and she had the audacity to say the cheese is in the middle. Its Little Ceasars, good pizza for a good price. Seems to be a new management team or owner because there are always hot pizza... ready in the oven for pick up. Had the Detroit style deep dish pizza today and I must say it is not worth it. The pizza seemeda bit undercooked and the pizza was flimsy and all the toppings came off each slice I had. I probably won't be getting thispizza again, I'll just stick with the hot & ready. UPDATE Called the store, told them about the poor quality pizza we receivedand the young lady on the other end was very nice and very helpful. She offered to make us the same pizza right away and saidit would be ready in 25 minutes. We arrived within 25 minutes and the pizza was ready and cooked to our liking.
