I go to Starbucks pretty often, but THIS Starbucks is the one! Outstanding service!! The night crew is so positive and makes... amazing drinks, I?m going to start driving out of my way specifically to come here. If they have the same attitude and servicethroughout the day I don?t see how anyone could leave one star. They go above and beyond to make my order and experience perfect?? They took 35 minutes to give me my drinks they cleaned up all drive thru then attended us inside!!! So wrong for that
The customer service here is great, but their drinks are not good. I keep going hoping to have my mind changed but everything I... order taste watered down! Whoever is making the drinks needs some training or to go. Even other people I know come here, agreewith me. I guess I?m going to have to drive to Forney like they suggest. Read more
LOVE LOVE LOVE Starbucks! They did my drink to Justice!! They were nice & very professional.
Not really sure how there?s bad reviews.. I?ve always come to this location ever since they opened, they always get my order... right and they always have it ready in a timely manner! I don?t have one of those super complicated drink orders, but I do haverequests like no ice in my iced coffee, and the oat milk substitution.. sometimes I swap the whipped cream for sweet cream coldfoam, but they?ve always gotten it right. I love the kindness station, I think more places should have it! The customer servicehas always been great to me, and I love the uplifting stickers they surprise me with randomly. This is the only Starbucks Iorder from faithfully, cause I know it?ll be made right! Read more
This morning I went to Starbucks, payed $8 for my drink and found TWO coffee beans inside - I don?t understand how this is... uncontrollable! Their drinks are very inconsistent and I go there everyday hoping to get a good drink. Read more
The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had a mobile order and they would not let me in. I saw a lady walk right out with... her order when I was told to go to the drive thru .not only that but there were 6 cars infront of me. I understand it's not thestaff fault but management needs to do better and hire more people. or atleast let the people with the mobile order get thereorders. Read more
