Only my 11 & 16yr olds wanted Chipotle. I went in w/them to pay. Yikes!!! Nasty. Food counter had food stuck on it. My... children wanted double portions (so, we pay more, so what!?) Totally ignored their requests! I didn't know until after we wereback in the vehicle. And I tipped them well, very well too. Must say cashier was all smiles, w/thanks & asked if there'sanything else he could help us with. At least he was appreciative of the tips. Now I know for sure why I don't go there???????????????? We did a quick pick up today and the food was cold, stale and half full. They must have run out of everything because the server... was scrappingng the trays to scoop food out. I wish he had said something instead of giving us the left overs. We could barelychew the brown rice and the black beans and sides were scarce. Very disappointed. Read more
I go to this Chipotle location A LOT....With that being said, a few staff members could have a better attitude. One employee who... stands out the most who always has a great attitude, super friendly, never seems put out when I ask for something to be donedifferent, like my salsa on the side or sour cream on the side. This employee should be made employee of the year, Her name isRoxy and she is an outstanding person to be greeted by when I place my order. If all employees treated customers the way shedoes this Chipotle would have perfect employees. Roxy would be the perfect person to train employees and they could learn howto be an AMAZING employee. Great food! Current staff could be a little bit more friendly and customer-service oriented. Loved that they have healthier... drink options with turmeric and cardamom now. (That being said, the Orange drink still looks like an unnatural orange. Hopefullyno dyes are in these.) Read more
The Carnitas burrito bowl is excellent. Meat is delicious, moist and not fatty. Some of the other meats are dry. I like the... cauliflower rice which is well seasoned. Add black bean and some corn and you have a healthy, delicious lunch. I've ordered thisitem multiple times and each time is excellent. Read more
It was a bit slow because they had a few large orders...maybe Uber Eats, etc. But those Youngsters were HANDLING it though.... Going as fast as they could and still trying to help the customers in line. They were all poisoned and not panicking. They seemto really be working as a TEAM! They were awesome! 2 Thumbs up! Came up from long beach Seal Beach store was dirty and nasty I ask if someone would clean the tables the place was pretty empty... but one felt like cleaning so we did not eat here I have never seen anything like this before. Read more
