I'm not sure if the people are lazy and don't want to work. But I'm like 4 minutes away from this facility and always order from... them when I'm stuck at work or have work parties. Last time I ordered they called me and said they don't deliver to my addresssince I'm out of range but that's not true since like I said I'm aways ordering from them. They need better customer service andthe agility to work. Next time they pull a stunt like this imma go to corporate on them. Read more
Showed them pictures of burnt pizza they delivered last time. Manager didn't really care and didn't offer refund. The only... saving grace is guy running register (may be autistic) who is always friendly, helpful with a smile. He has helped me threetimes and is always amazing. He is what an employee should be. Horrible experience unfortunately need the attention of Dominos hq: 1- missing order 2- mashed pizza 3- missing feta 4- re sent... (missing order) *Order came late the store is 8 min Im visiting from abroad and didnt wana bother any one Went down the 1st timeto the main gate since i expected the order to get here in 20 min instead of 8min Went back up and then again The order camearound 30 min *Took the stuff Got up, pizza was mashed see attached picture Missing cheese bred and garlic dips who i payedextra for the Parmesan cheese and hot peppers were missing * bothered some one to call the driver to bring the missing stuff hewas polite and apologized alot that they are really busy i felt bad and said just drop the stuff at the main gate again, heoffered a kind of redo to the pizza but we all knew that was gona be a 1hr more * food tasted bad with the look of the pizza andhad payed 2$ more for the feta cheese and there was none * went back for the 3rd time to get the bred, dips, Parmesan, andpeppers.
