I don't normally rate chain restaurants, but this particular In-N-Out deserves recognition. The staff is compromised of fun,... customer service oriented, and friendly staff members. From the time you step foot inside the door you are greeted. They arequick but you never feel rushed. A nice young man even offered to take my tray for me when I was done with my meal, and anotherwas holding the door for me as I was exiting. Much like any other in-n-out I have been to. I got the double double animal style, with animal style fries (extra sauce), and it... was fantastic. Definitely gonna add chilies to the fries next time. Maybe a 5 minute wait for food, but it was hopping. Read more

Well it's forcing me to add a review so all I will say with the three stars at this point is they need to pay attention to the... orders better when you make them I contacted customer service through their website. Went back with a card stating the specificissue I had the first time and they still gave me the wrong order but they always make it right but it's like why can't you payattention. I odered protein animal style double double. I got 2 pickles two paties, two slices tomato, two slices cheese but no extra sauce... and no onions. I had taken two bites before I questioned the order. I opened up and yes- not animal style. I brought it back.This time there were fried onions BUT the second patty was only half a patty. IS that the one I had bitten into?? Isnt a doubletwo whole patties? It is not the first time at this location double double animal style had been done with no onions at all andno extra sauce. Check before you leave. Read more
