Probably the best customer service I have been given this year. Biggest complaint is the online system overwhelming the... employees with orders. Shame on the cooperation that don't monitor in-store sales with online orders. Super chaotic for theemployees. Read more

Placed a mobile order at 11:48, pick up time was 12:08. Got into the store just before 12:15. There were a few mobile orders... waiting ahead of me, so I figured they were busy. All of the next 5-7 customers who walked in after I did were treatedamazingly well and gone before they even started my order. To be fair the 2 cold sandwiches were made. The 2 hot sandwicheswere not. I finally left the store with my food at 12:38. I don?t post a ton, but the simple fact that the person I chargeroutinely stepped over my order to fill another order is insane. If you want your food fast-ish?. Show up in person, do notorder ahead. Second time to this location, I agree with the customer service aspect other posts have said. The people here seem to either... hate working here or just don't care. Like no eye contact no just what do you want. Which is fine with me small time isinefficient but I try to be nice to people who I interact with and when I get nothing is throws everything off and it's soawkward. If the environment is really bad to work at I'm sorry but it's just overall weird at this place might go to anotherJersey Mike's or maybe pick another sandwich place next time. Read more
