Good food and pleasant staff. They seemed to be a little short staffed, so we had to stand in a long line to order at the only... open register. The food also took a while to prepare, but it was good and fresh. Their handicap parking spots are in a difficultlocation to access the restaurant. You either have to snake your way through tables, chairs, and heaters, or you go the long wayaround to the doors. Read more
Service was great but my cinnamon rolls and bagel were terrible. Cinnamon rolls were hard as bricks and as dry as a dessert. The... bagels lacked flavor and were stale. Will never return again. The young lady who helped was amazing i will say this much. Read more

Reception/cashiers are always great. Service for food orders to go is very slow. 15-20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich with... little to no orders pending is poor. My recent trip I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches with egg whites. One was with egg whitesthe other had a mix with the yolk. I live too far to drive back. I keep hoping service and mgmt get better but not much haschanged for me to keep coming back to Seal Beach location. Thanks Read more

Panera is a generally good place to eat! Little high prices... but still good. I ate here a lot in the past, and they got rid of... my favorite dish, the garlic buttered noodles, and i stopped going there for a while. When i started going back again, i triedtheir sandwiches and they are pretty good, although their chicken on the sandwiches is minimal and it?s sort of like they aretrying to jip you! The staff was very nice, but there are some pretty bad health problems here. The manager was coughing into her gloves, and then... using it to touch food. She did eventually change gloves, but still not very sanitary. The restroom sink is absolutely coveredin mold. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The fountain dispenser is absolutely covered from top to bottom in mold. It has old rags sitting next to it, it's dripping water. It's just nasty. The food handlers also throw your dirty receipt ontop of your food. So nasty. Read more
