Stopped at pick Up Stix after shopping for a take out order. Order food vegetables and teriyaki chicken grilled. After 35... minutes of waiting finally got my food. Drove home the bag was full of teriyaki sauce grilled chicken was tough and vegetablesovercooked and tasted ?burnt??.Well never eat there again. Read more
The food here is excellent. When I go to Pick Up Stix I usually always get the house chicken. You can order either the lunch or... dinner house chicken. I can only give this place four stars because the Diet Coke was flat and disgusting. I had to get spriteand I am not a fan of sprite. Hopefully they will fix their Diet Coke machine. Read more
We picked up dinner here last night and we will never go back again. I ordered chicken with broccoli. My companion ordered... chicken with vegetables. There were at least 5 people behind the counter and the kitchen seemed very busy. Mostly orders calledin for pick-up, I suspect, because there weren't that many of us waiting in their dining room. We waited almost 1/2 an hour. Ok.They were busy. When we finally got our food, we paid them and left a tip. And that was the best part of our dinner. Instead ofreceiving my chicken and broccoli, 'I too was served chicken with vegetables. So both orders should have been the same, right?Wrong. My companion's meal was swimming in soy sauce, and besides the fact that her boneless chicken had bones in it, it wastough as nails and inedible. We ended up throwing it away and I made her a couple eggs. My chicken dish had no soy sauce and thechicken was prepared differently. It was tough and very chewy but at least it was edible. I called the restaurant to tell themwhat happened. Their phone rang 22 times before someone answered and I was immediately put on hold for over 9 minutes. I finallyhung up. On this time around young lady being stingy with hot sauce and bad attitude. I put a order to feed 6 to 8 people and she tried... to hand me 2 hot sauce . I asked for a lot more for my big order and she tied once more to give me 2 more. Bad customer service Read more
Service and staff very courteous and hard working. Personally the family package is geared for two adults and two young... children. A family of 5 which are all adults disappointed to see very small potions. i was embarrassed as there was not enoughfood. As an example The white rice portion was maybe a cup. Recommend clarity on size of containers. Read more
The food here is better than sex LOL it's great Pai Thai noodles and chicken delicious or shrimp
Ordered from this location 6x. Out of the 6 had one decent meal. Twice now I've had my broccoli beef taste like salmon because... they don't rinse out the pan. If I wanted salmon I would have ordered it. Obviously this goes against protocol and they have onecrappy cook ruining the location. Had multiple other issues at this location but won't bother elaborating. Save yourself thefrustration and go to another location. Read more
