Cheyenne is very rude for no apparent reason. Made my drinks wrong three times then had an attitude when I politely told her my... drink is wrong .she then proceeded with handing my drink and straw all rudely. I love Starbucks and this is not theatmosphere I look forward to interacting with nor do I want to correlate Starbucks with rude customer service so she needs togo or get retrained on learning how to be nice to customers .. people go for an experience not for rude tones, gestures, and eyerolls Thank you . ???? Too expensive, coffee is bitter and they don't have decaffeinated coffee brewed. It's made up, ONE cup at a time. Ridiculous

Gotta have my dark coffee with a couple of shots espresso. They used to always at least offer to make the dark roast for me, now... they just say "we don't make it after 10". The staff seems to be newer at most Starbucks these days and the customer servicehas suffered. I think these kids are rushed through training and thrown into a fast paced environment without the experienceneeded to run a Saturday in a busy market. I really hope Starbucks gets organized, starts taking better care of employees, andgets back on track. Read more

Ordered iced coffee with a splash of half and half. The drink was all white with heavy cream. I complained about too much cream... and the female worker just ignored me. I took the drink, but couldn?t drink it. I went back to ask for a new one and the girlwas just sitting at a table playing on her phone. After waiting 10 minutes, I asked her when her break would be over. She statedthat she was taking a lunch break and wouldn?t be able to help me for an hour. There was no lunch break sign or anything tocommunicate this fact to customers who were coming and leaving confused.I had to throw the drink away and go somewhere else forcoffee. Never seen this poor of service at a Starbucks. Read more

The Starbucks workers get a bad attitude when you remind them that you requested no ice in your beverage as stated on the cup... sticker. The employee fills the cup with ice then gives you a negative attitude because they did not follow the cup sticker mixof ingredients! Bad experience for an ice coffee!! Read more

I guess I can understand. But, my bakery item was not with my mobile order when I came for pickup. I had to wait in line to tell... them something was missing. Maybe they don't put food items out until requested. Still, hot and tasty beverage. Read more
