Well to start my Burger was horrible. They put way way too much Mayo? Or whatever that White stuff was? The Party was paper thin... even though I paid over 12.00 for a Horrible Burger and Onion Rings that were Harder than bricks. The Tea was awful as well.Taste like Swamp Water. I love the guacamole bacon burger with criscut but every time that I stop by at 9:00 pm they're closed! Even though online says... they close at 11:00 pm. Sometimes I even get there 10 or 15 minutes before nine and still the same thing we are closed! Soannoying! Read more
Stopped on my way home from Houston. It was about 9pm and the lobby was closed. It's at a truck stop and was hard to hear the... drive thru person with all the truck idling next to it. But the guy was patient and understanding and super nice. Always lovethe Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Read more
DO NOT STOP HERE. Disrespectful staff. They had my family and me waiting at the drive-thru window and we watched 3 of them just... standing looking at their phones for 5 minutes, no exaggeration. Then asked why the order took long and the young man with theglasses said the manager had just called from her house, so the manager isn?t even on the premises?! I?m not surprised if thisis the work environment that caused all of the Carl?s Jr.?s to be closed inside of Houston. Not to mention the unclean andneglected restrooms. Good food! Terrible staff. I was charge nearly $2 for a squirt of ketchup on my Superstar even after I asked for no tomatoes or... pickles! The drive-thru speaker is almost impossible to hear because it is so low and there are so many large trucks around. Read more
The young lady that took our order was great, but the food was terribly disappointing. The picture is my $11.99 greasy,... overcooked tiny chicken sandwich. Our onion rings were also greasy, leaving a stale grease taste in my mouth. My husband hadthe double western cheese burger. He said it was OK, but not worth having again. We wasted $26.28. THE FOOD ALWAYS COMES THROUGH! Everything was nice and hot! Seemed fresh out the grease! There?s soda fountains and plenty of... tables to sit. The restrooms were REALLY nice and clean. There were atleast 8 stalls. Read more
It's in a truck stop. The people are always very nice. The burger (bun) tasted a little burnt last time but it's usually better.... Love the onion rings. Soda machine breaks often but you can use the truck stop machines if it is broken. Read more
