This McDonald's has always been a bad one but tonight was ridiculous. Drive thru was wrapped around the building. No one at the... pay window. I paid at the food delivery window. When I got home I was given the wrong order. I assume that everyone behind megot someone else's order as well. This is usual for this McDonald's. Hands down The Worst McDonald's in Texas! Read more
Don?t ever come here unless you want terrible service and the food is nasty! I understand, it?s a McDonald?s but come on, went... there last week and the fries were cold and the burger meat was overcooked. Not just that today I went through the drive throughduring lunch rush hour after waiting for 20 minutes to pay for my food one of the workers thought it was a good idea to justwalk/cut me off and start washing the window where you pay. This location is easily accessible. Chicken nuggets were dry & contained very little chicken. We had to wait 30 mins for chicken... nuggets, fried & drinks. They needed more employees working in the kitchen. Young man delivering food was working very hard. Read more
The service needs to be better. No attentiveness and lacks communication to customer. Employees too busy horse playing and... chatting with other customers (maybe their friends who are visiting them?)and not paying attention to other customers. Therewere numerous customers who were missing things out of their order and had very long wait times. Our mobile order took way toolong and they forgot our drinks. Had to go back inside for them and had to wait another 5-10 minutes just for that. Read more
Another terrible experience. Came back again cause I forgot about my last experience..I drive bakc ans forth to Houston and the... closest food stop is in this area.. so decided to make a quick stop at McDonald?s since it wasn?t so busy, and just as the lasttime..it seems like their objective is to only give you half of what you pay for?shiesty w the fries Lol. I ordered a whole meal, paid at 1st window. Never got a receipt. Got to second window. Got a coffee. The gentleman asks, do you... need anything, yeah my whole meal. He says oh they never charged you. What. He takes my card. I get charged. I tell him myorder. then it miraculously comes out. He says I need that code back. I gave it to him and he says this is the right one. So Iask for an empty cup to give my kid a small version of the drink that was given with the meal and I open the cup and it?s smellsrancid. I look in after I started pouring the power aid and it?s been used. Possibly from the trash. I am shocked. Don?t eathere. You health is at stake. I never got a receipt only a charge for a coffee. i can?t tell if this is supposed to be pepper or if someone forgot to change the oil ? nasty. this location has been going... downhill for months and the recent remodel made it worse! save your time and money n go to burger king or taco bell (all theother fast food in sealy is same bad quality or expensive) Read more
