Staff was good but food was not
I tried ordering online 4 times and my online order would not go through, my husband went to the store and was refused service... even though it was 10 minutes before the store closed! 20 minutes before the store closes online orders shut down?? Maria working behind the counter was very rude when she told me that I could not buy a mini sub without it being a kids meal. I... told her that was fine, just give me the meal. Another member of the party wrote on the ticket that she was rude and sheconfronted me when I left thinking that the comment came from me. I was absolutely humiliated and caught off guard. I had noclue the comment was written, but confronting me over it was not appropriate! I will never return to the store! There?s threeother Subways in a five mile radius that I can go to instead.
