Just like every other Subway. Staff was nice.
Ordered thru mobile app. Not only was one sandwich missing but one of the sandwiches had raw meat in it. Called them that same... day and they did not answer. I just had a major surgery and could not get out of my home. When I was finally able to come 3 dayslater they refused to refund me my money because I did not have a paper receipt, and the mobile order receipt was not enough.The girls that were there were clueless and the manager on the phone took forever to answer. I contacted subway thru email butthey did not respond either.s Update: The GM Patel did email me back and said he could replace the sandwiches and asked I sentthe picture of the chicken. He emailed me back saying that this was not subway chicken so basically said I lied. I have a timestamp on my iPhone with the date of the mobile order and 15 minutes later from when it was picked up which is how far away Ilive from this location. Made the sub well but left a stem in my sub, besides that it was good fast service as usual
Worked a 20 hour shift and stopped to get diesel and wanted to get a quick sub. They ran out of bbq rib so I got chicken and... bacon sub. I?m trying to get my veggies on my sub and the girl at cash register kept rushing me to pay so she can speak to herfriends and tried telling the guy what I wanted in a rush and his he couldn?t comprehend anything and basically gave me a plainsub with no sauces and missing some of the veggies I asked for. I always go out of my way when in Sealy to go to this subway instead of the one inside Walmart. This one is much nicer, cleaner... and with friendlier staff! A great place to get a fresh bite and nice and quiet atmosphere. Read more
Tru fresh experience. Accessible and Equipped
We stopped in to get a couple of sandwiches for lunch. There was one family before us being served so we did not wait long. ... The ladies behind the counter were efficient and worked well together. The restaurant is clean and is easy to get to from I10. Great for travelers. Read more
