I did a drive thru order and I could hear literal fighting from the kitchen. My order had onions and a single patty and no... mustard this being the new Chile burger, which is supposed to have two Pattie?s and mustard I ordered it with no onions and gotone patty no mustard and onions. So I drove back and asked them to fix it inside. They said they were sorry and still you couldhear fighting from the kitchen ( not the first time I?ve heard this either) I repeated what I wanted on the burger she went backpersonally and then came back with a new burger. I foolishly didn?t check the new burger and got this on my remake, One pattyagain onions and mustard. I?m on a timed lunch and cannot go back a third time. There were uniform employees walking into the kitchen area.. sitting on tables.. and using foul language.. myself and my... daughter left without finishing our meal. I watched at least 4 other customers walk in and then walk out when they saw what wasgoing on... usually a good stop.. food was below par hamburger was just thrown together.. frys were all over the tray...but willnot recommend at this time .... management needs to take notice.. We chose drive-through for a couple of taquitos. The service was friendly, the food was hot. We even got the sauces and napkins... we needed (this hasn't been happening at many places we've visited this summer). Overall, well done! Read more
They gave me $29 worth of old nasty food?.. literally seems like they just reheated and white gravy had lumps of meat in there.
First I'm a Whataburger Fan! This location is pretty close to my house! It's a very clean restaurant! And, the staff members... are very courteous also. If you're exiting I-10, it's located on Highway 36 South, it'll be on your left-hand side, as you'redriving down Hwy 36. The entrance is a little tricky though. It's designed with an island in the middle, to direct traffic Iguess. So as to not hurt your vehicle... Just make sure that you keep an eye out for it and, take your time. You'll figure itout. The Dining Area is Open, the times are posted on the entryway door. I've never had a bad experience with this locationuntil last night. On evening of 04/29/2022, I had ordered a Double Meat Whataburger with Grilled Jalapenos and cheeseMeal. The line for the drive thru was around the building and almost to the highway. I had to repeat myself several times, asthe young lady talking my order seemed to be having trouble with her headphones. The line moved pretty fast but, once I gotback home and looked at my Double Meat Whataburger, I was disappointed. As you can see from the pictures, there aren't anygrilled jalapenos at all and the burger just looks plain sloppy. Plus, did mention that it was Cold?! There were severalemployees working last night, I'd like to see an improvement in the quality of information relay, so that orders are processedaccurately. COLD! 15 minute wait in the drive through during a lunch rush. You would think the food would be hot when you eat it 5 minutes... later. Fries were completely cold and getting tough and chewy. If you know how cold fast food french fries taste, then you knowhow terrible this is. Burger had no color. I'm not sure my picture shows how gray and colorless the patty was, but it wasnothing special. There are too many places doing better burgers these days. Huge disappointment. This will be my last visit toany Whataburger. Read more
I'm not a fan of Whataburger but most of the time the food is good. I like the shakes. The service was bad. My order wasn't... taken right even though we were right in front of each other with no other customers around the lady just entered whatever shethought was right. I would order again because like I said I like the shakes I just hope that I don't get the same lady. Read more
