My husband just went to your seaman location it was around 8:30 the girl in the drive thru said your closed I heard it myself I... was on the phone with him. If you expect people to continue to come to this establishment keep it open what the sign says youcould have made a tidy sum from us now I don't even want to go there again. The lady sat and eye balled me thru the window but wouldn?t come to the window so I finally honked and said hello! Why are u... just looking at me in the corner of the eye! She said we?re closed I said 15 minutes early!? She said yea well my personalopinion then they need too update the hours on the website and on the door! No restaurant should close early. Just because. Idon?t leave work until 8:30 and I just flew all the way here to get something to eat. There?s only so many choices to choosefrom n such a small town! Sauce is watered down. Rude manager. Didn't get reciept. Asked for refund, manager acknowledged, then they called back and they... retracted the agreement. Horrible. Will make sure everyone in town knows that this is not a professional, friendly environment. Read more
Horrible experience! I ordered online and when I got there the doors were locked an hour prior to closing. Despite having 2... banners when you pull in stating the ?Dine in is open? and no sign on the door to why they were locked early. Had to wait at thedrive in and was told told that I would have to wait until I got to the window for my food. They couldn?t send someone out withthe food! There was at least 4-5 employees inside that could of brought my food out. Then when I got to the window they didn?tgave my order. I showed the employee my email confirmation and the details of the order. When I got the food home it was sloppyand incorrect. I ordered a jumbo 4 way which was is almost $10 but got a small. Obviously Gold Stars secret burger ingredient is pube hair. This is the SECOND time my husband has gotten a burger here and had... a hair in it. Paid $10 for this burger. We just ordered food for our whole family to go and we got our food in less than 10 min and had excellent service while I... waited. Even have me a free drink while I waited! Only had one issue with the order they forgot my chili cheese fries otherthan that would have been a 5 star review. ---- UPDATE: Gold Star reached out to me after leaving my review on their site.They've given me a gift card for the difference in the amount of the chili cheese fries that were missing fr my order. Crinkle cut fries cooked fresh for my order and the double, bacon cheese burger was great too. Love their heavenly sauce. Girl... at window was nice and polite. Funny to get such a good burger from a restaurant known for coneys but totally worth it.Especially since everyone was going to the place known for burgers across the street and GoldStars drive through was empty.
