Tried to go through the drive thru and it was roped off even tho the sign was on so I parked and tried to go in and only one... door was unlocked so I went in they told me they were short staffed is why the drive thru was closed then magically two moreworkers walked from the back wow short staffed with 4 workers nope don't think so. It is a fire hazard for all but one door tobe locked when dinning area is open. Read more

This restaurant is going downhill quickly. no coupons allowed and no more drive-through. Dine in only. I?d suggest driving... another couple of miles to Miller?s for a sandwich. Read more
Everyone always been nice and respectful there. Mostly young kids but good young kids. Plenty of "sir's' and"thank you's". Some... people don't realize how much that means. I know it's just a fast food place and I know it's probably their first job butrespect will take them places. Kudos to the management for that. Read more
When to subway in seaman Ohio, ordered six subs, got charged for seven, and only got five. Bobby was closed let me knocked on... the door until someone opened and they gave us some money back. But then got home and started eating and then I found a piece ofplastic in my sub and started choking. Luckily I'm okay and I'm glad it wasn't on my kids subs. When I called to let them knowthey just said sorry for the inconvenience and hung up on me. We will never go back again. Read more
I am very disappointed. I lived this subway. The staff were nice and always spot on with the products. Tonight however, was a... different story. At least with the product. When I got home and opened my "wrap" it was unrecognizable.the spinach wrap lookedunappealing. It was folded in half and pressed. The was a sprinkle of lettuce, a flip of mayo , 4 onions pieces not what wasasked for. I understand times are tough and employees are short supply, but quality should still be upmost important. I will most likely not eat at this Subway again. The employees here were beyond rude, rolling there eyes at me and other... customers. Also when I went to pay they wouldn't take the time to let me scan my points card and then were getting upset becauseI normally pay through the app. Overall horrible experience. Honestly got my food and no longer hungry because of the way I wastreated. I work in the food industry so understand better than most that it gets stressful but you should never make customersfeel this bad. ???? Read more
