I was on my way to get my daughter and grandbabies in Sherwood. I'm from Missouri and my phn went black thank God that I had my... Google map on and I had looked Several times and knew I was suppose to stay on 67 south. Came into the store and ask theattendant saying I dnt know u and u dnt know me and explained it to her what happened and asked if could her phn, And without adoubt she said yes thank God I remembered my daughters number and called to let her know what happened. In short her name wastiffany and she was a very kind person. U have a awesome employee thank u again tiffany I feel u was a blessing from the Godlord that day. I was asking the good Lord to let my phn turn back on and to b able to use someones phn to call my daughter andget the rest of directions my phn must of got hot. Cause I had no ac and the charger got hot and it came back on not to longafter getting gas and makeing phn call. I have a niece in heaven and her name is tiffany so I felt it was meant for me to talkto u . The Good lord got me where I needed to be and the 4 hour drive back home . My daughter her boyfriend and I went to a Casey's in Searcy arkansas. We had been traveling all day from Kentucky. We had to go... to the restroom and stopped at Casey's right off of the highway. It was not a good experience. They had the bathroom closed offin a girl behind there cleaning the bathroom. Until the phone rang. Then she's on the phone with whoever I'm not sure and has atotal disregard for us who is waiting at the bathrooms for them to be done cleaning because they have a block off so nobody canget into the bathrooms. She didn't even address us look at us or welcome us to the store. She stayed on the phone for at least10 minutes while we were waiting for the bathrooms that she saw. And as we decided to leave and never come back to that store,she didn't say anything to us as we walked past her and she was still on the phone. Terrible customer service. Not happy. Read more
Love this place. Good food. Food is hot. Clean store. Great employees. Has a large selection of food and drinks. Employees are... always courteous. Very helpful. Parking lot is clean. I go at least 3 times a week. Good prices. Read more
Very friendly. I visited last week and signed up for the Casey's rewards program. It is the coolest thing. They seem to be... the only one offering more points and rewards then any other brand on the market. Your points add up quickly. The only thing,your fuel rewards are only good for a certain number days. So far, I think it's 30 days from being rewarded with the cents offper gallon. If you have never signed up, please do. So far, Casey's General Store is proving to be the leader in the convienestore market. Check them out!!!! Read more
Friendly people, nice location but entry/exit a little lacking. Multiple fuel product choices.
Fueled up just had to wait for one person to move. Then went inside, restroom clean and shocked. Didn't buy anything else. Just... pit stop on my travels. Would return if ever back in the area. Read more
