The food was good but the service was terrible. This waitress kept forgetting my draft beer I ordered. Came by a few times... saying she would get it then finally came back with a glass of water and said the bartender was overrun. I had waited a verylong time. Then she grabbed a bottle beer off the table behind me that the customer had left, said it had not been touched, andoffered it to me. Umm no! She also completely forgot the dessert I asked for. Never even put the order in for it because it wasnot on our ticket. We had waited a long time for that too and she came by and asked if there was anything else we needed. If you're ordering take out, you better either ask for silverware or add in the additional instructions. My food was hot and... looked great when it was delivered to curbside pickup, however, by the time I arrived to my hotel room and figured out therewas no silverware, I had to go back out and find a store open to purchase my utensils and by then my food was cold. Cajun shrimppasta is never a good meal to have to reheat in a microwave. Customer service is a key point when you work in the food servicebusiness. Terrible Service!!!!!!! I went to eat at chilis with some friends I had not seen in awhile. I ordered a well done cheeseburger.... I stressed well done! I got it and it was pink so I sent it back . All my friends were done eating and I still did not have mycheeseburger! After about 30 min I just canceled my order! Very disappointed!!! Terrible service! I drove over an hour for thismeal! One of the few places that has a bar in White County. Sign up for a membership and have a cocktail with dinner! Food isn't... bad. Nothing to write home about. But hey, you can get some decent food and a drink! Read more

Food came out room temperature and the sauce for our Cajun Chicken pasta was very watered down. We've eaten at this location a... few times and never had this problem. Service was great and as always, chips, salsa and other dips were good. Read more
Wasn't busy, took a while to order food. When we got our food, it was cold. I had to get the bartender to help with just heating... up my chili. (She was actually really nice and helpful). Otherwise everything else was not at good. Read more
