train your staff better or if they are still in training don't walk away and leave them to handle the busy drive through during... lunch rush. i didn't have the extra time to deal with not be able to take my order, not getting my order correct, giving me thewrong food and not able to count back change. Make sure you check your bag every single time you come here. They almost always miss something. I order a burger combo with... sauce on the side every time, and they always forget the sauce. Even when I mention the sauce again at the window they willstill forget it. Plus, the often forget the fries with the combo. Very frustrating that this location cannot get it right. I always try to be understanding and patient with restaurants but this location is not getting any better and today was probably... one of the most frustrating experiences. Every time we have came here we have had to wait a ridiculously long time but we enjoytheir food. But today as we waited and waited to even see a employee to take our order, a girl had came from the store side witha friend who was behind us in line. Then she started to taking her order ahead of us, who had been waiting for entirely too longto begin with. We decided to leave. I don't figure they even care at this point that they lost business but it for sure isfrustrating for a guest! Read more
