Need to brag on the manager. I placed an order for delivery. $48 with tip. We did not get any of our sides for our order. I... called the store and not only was the manager kind but she offered to drive our sides out to us! The level of customer servicewas amazing and we got to enjoy our whole meal. Ya just cannot go wrong with this Location. Food is always great and servings are on point.
Good food and the two people that were at the front counter were friendly and helped us with the menu. The sharable Nacho... Sampler had plenty of chips, but was a little expensive for what you get. Read more
When we walked in we were greeted with a "welcome to McAlister's". However, when we walked up to the counter to a register with... a person standing at it and asked a question my husband had to repeat himself 3 times before getting an acknowledgment fromanyone and there were at least 4 people behind the counter. Then when he said I'll have that, their response was "You'll have toget in line" and pointed to the register at the end of the counter. There was no one else waiting to order so we were able toget ordered quickly and our food came quickly. Our portions were bigger than expected however my husband was not expecting chilion his nachos and said he probably wouldn't order again. I?m in the middle on my review. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and a cup of the potato soup. Soup was great?salad was half... rotten. I?m not exaggerating about it legitimately being HALF rotten lettuces. While the staff remade my salad with noobjections, the second salad I got was half rotten as well. It was very disappointing to have such a beautiful looking saladturn out so poorly. Everyone else had great meals (no salads) and the service was fine. Whomever was in the kitchen today(11/14/21) needs to be retrained on what produce is deemed fresh and pay closer attention. Read more
Always like McAlisters for lunch with friends. Food is good and no rush to leave.
