This is the worst customer service I?ve ever seen at McDonald?s, for one, the lady at the window didn?t even ask me if I wanted... my receipt, crumbled up and threw it away. Pulled up to the speaker and no one answered for a good 5 min. Then I pulled up to the window. They were rude. Ordered at the... window and payed. The management at this McDonald's is horrible. I just made an order, that the drive through messed up & ended up getting my... money back for it. They could have made me a sweet tea and let me go and feed my kids when I got home, but being greedy, theygave me my money back and now I'm almost home and don't have anything to give to my kids when I get home. This place shouldn?t even get a star. My family and me needed a food stop after grocery shopping and chose this mcdonald?s. We... decided to go through the drive through so we could get home faster, but that was a big mistake. The lady who started taking areorder kept cutting us off every time we tried telling her our order. We got all of are orders in except my grandmothers and asshe went to tell them the lady gave us are total. We just went with it by this time we just wanted are food. We pulled on upwere told wrong window. The manager told us it was are fault and proceeded to make snarky commits. If this wasn?t enough some ofour food wasn?t fully cooked and smelt terrible. I bring my son here every weekend for other reasons I don?t care to say here, the tables are never cleaned, the floor is filthy... and unkept, the employees barely notice you at the counter. This is the filthiest restaurant I have ever been to in my life Read more
Food was awful. I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich hold the pickle and add tomatoes. It should have had spicy sauce on both... buns, there was only a very small dab on the top bun. Couldn't hardly taste it. Normally it has 2-3 tomatoes, it had one smallslice, and to top it all off it was burnt and tough. I think they re-fried something that had been sitting.
