Nice people. We ordered the wrong burrito for our 2 year old daughter. Didn't realize it had peppers on it until we got home.... The manager was super nice. We knew we ordered the wrong thing. They did NOT mess up our order. They were kind enough to make aJr. Breakfest burrito as a replacement and didn't charge us. We drive across town to go to this one because the people arealways so polite and go above and beyond to help the customers. Read more
This SPECIFIC location is unwilling and/or unable to correct order related issues, sonic app failures, order mixups...etc. For... their uptight and customer is always wrong business model, I order from here when I am minutes to sonic closing, even though Ilive less than a half mile away - I choose every other time to head to Sonic's Race Street location. If Searcy decides 3 sonicsare too much, this location will be the first to go. Read more

I just love Sonic. This is a great place to get fast food if u have time u can even let your little ones play at the play place.
It is not appropriate to ask a customer if they want their change. The answer is always yes unless otherwise stated. Also, I'm... not sure if I got the same girl twice in the drive thru recently but there has been a bit of an attitude the last two times I'vecame through.
