Most of staff there is very friendly! However, one employee, Brutus has made me very uncomfortable almost every time we roll... through. The first few times I thought he was being friendly, until one day I pulled out my receipt and saw he had scribbled hisname and phone number on it. I found this to be somewhat off-putting and unprofessional, but I did not say anything. Now he isnice and friendly, but pretty rude once we roll up to the window and he realizes who it is- he also tries to talk to me by myname at the window. Please consider retraining your employee your code of conduct and what things are considered professionalmerchant to customer transactions. Thank you! Read more
If your going to have a job in customer service your customer service skills should be more respectful. Went to this seaside... location and the drive thru ladies were completely rude and got the whole order wrong then proceeded to not make the situationright needless to say in the end we left very unsatisfied and won't be recommending this location to anyone. I live in Salem which is about 2.5 hours away from this seaside taco bell/KFC...well my experience was very disappointing. There... was NO BEANS NO FRYER NO STEAK and they wouldn't switch the burritos for all tacos in the snack pack meal. I will NOT go to thatawful place again. Read more
Expensive Taco Bell and KFC drive-through combo. No public restrooms, no dine-in, food meh. Of the two options Taco Bells food... was much better prepared. Got 1-star because the guy that took our order was great!! Read more
I am glad there is a Taco Bell and KFC at the coast. The drive through went smoothly, they got our order right. Which is... actually why I gave them the 4th star. My experience with Taco bells in the past have not been good with order accuracy. Theyguy running the drive through was pretty 'energetic', nice and efficient. Read more
This place has went down hill we travel 30 minutes to get food here. The last time we were there they came out 20 minutes before... closing and said we are out of food please leave. Every time the food is horrible. Tiisnn be place use to be super good but notany more. Read more
