I had the chicken with the asparagus side, along with the creamy polenta, and omg, it was delicious! The polenta was slightly... crunchy on the outside, with a nice creamy inside, so texturally it was ????????. I cannot believe i have not found this place before. Saw it on Uber Eats - and I have such delivery fatigue - but, I took a... chance and wow. The quality of the food is amazing and the presentation is the best I have seen. I had the Chicken Marsala,ridiculous good, the beet salad, YUM, and the asparagus sautee, wow. I honestly don?t think there are words to describe how amazing the food at Amazing Food Co is. This is one of best meals I have... had in West Seattle. We just moved to Seattle from Miami and were looking for a place we can trust to order from weekly thatoffers fresh meals with high quality ingredients, and we are so happy we finally found it! You can tell Chef Peter really putshis heart into every meal. Everything was cooked to perfection, incredible taste, and generous servings (knowing I have someleft overs to go back to warms my soul). We ordered the Chicken Marsala with the house salad and can?t wait to literally orderour way through the entire menu. Do yourself a favor and ORDER HERE! Chef Peter!!! Delicious food, every time!!! I highly recommend! I just found this place and have ordered from here three times... in the last month. I can?t wait to try even more of his dishes! I will say first of all, I normally don't review places, but Amazing Food Co and Chef Peter deserve the HIGHEST PRAISE. My wife... and I have had many things from the menu and everything has been delicious. Tonight we tried the Polenta (a game changer) and wewill continue to keep trying new things. Excellent food served here. I?m so happy I found Amazing Food Co!! Highest quality ingredients and fresh pasta! I ordered the... chicken Marsala...WOW! Perfectly cooked chicken and creamy white wine Marsala sauce with mushrooms. I could smell the white winewhen I opened the container. Golden beet salad so fresh topped with walnuts/goat cheese/fresh asparagus. I?m such a fan already.I give my highest respects to the owner who runs this business. We ordered chicken and shrimp dishes. Thick asparagus was cooked to tenderness. Salads were ample and tasty. We had golden beets... and tomato basil: both were well liked by adults and tween. This is somewhere between comfort food and banquet dinning. It?s notfussy fancy. It was all well seasoned, well prepared and the dishes traveled well.
