We met Traci at 9am and began our tour of the public market soon after. She weaves the rich history of the public market with... lots of stops at interesting shops, vendors, and restaurants. She has her finger on the pulse of the market and community. She?sfriendly with many of the shopkeepers and workers, and everyone loves Traci. As we weaved our way through and around the marketshe learned of our food tastes and interests and made on-the-spot recommendations of what to purchase for our lunch. Everyrecommendation was perfect and made our meal one of the best we?ve had. All of the seafood and produce was the freshestpossible. Once back in her kitchen she got us situated with a refreshing drink and a first course, and we started prepping andcooking. We never felt rushed and the flow was just right. We ended up with 5 courses, including dessert, which she hadpre-prepared. Everything was delicious and we?re still talking about our meal a week after getting back home. Our day with Traciwas a major highlight of our trip to Seattle and we highly recommend her tour and cooking class. Read more

Chef Traci is the BEST. My 50th birthday was this weekend. She did a cooking session for us. Taking the tour of Pike?s Market... should have been the FIRST thing we did. She?s SO knowledgeable of the history here. And after we got our ingredients, we wenton a 7 course meal that was EXCELLENT! My kids and I helped prepare delicious food and the experience was like no other. IHIGHLY recommend this experience with Traci!! She?s the BEST HANDS DOWN!! Read more

For Father?s Day I booked the pikes place tour and lunch cooking class which starts at 10am with Tracy. I was looking for a... class that included not just cooking but learning about fresh, healthy and sustainable local ingredients. Something thatdifferentiates Tracy from other classes out there. Tracy is versatile and can pivot easily based on each person?s diets andneeds. The ingredients are picked with everyone in mind directly from vendors at the market. Tracy took the time to answer allof our questions along the way and we learned a few new things about the market as well, even though we?re long time locals.Everything we cooked was delicious, even low in salt. There were multiple food courses including fresh fish, vegis, cheese andfruit. Drinks included! Highly recommend as a great farm to table cooking class within the walls of Seattle?s historic PikePlace Market. Read more

I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had with Chef Traci of Atrium Kitchen. We had some family in town and wanted... to show them Pike Place Market. We did a 1x1 cooking class and a tour of the market that did not disappoint! She is incrediblyknowledgeable both in a culinary and historical sense. We picked up fresh ingredients for the cooking class from various marketvendors along the way and it was fun to see how many people Chef Traci knows in the market. I've lived in Seattle for well overa decade and learned more about Pike Place on this tour than I have during the entire time I've been here. The cooking classwas exceptional. We made halibut and chicken with a cherry compote using all fresh ingredients from the market. Chef Traci madeit a wonderful experience. This is a must do for anybody visiting or living in Seattle! Chef Traci makes this experience so fun! Chef took us on a slow and thorough tour of the market where we picked what we wanted... for lunch and met other vendors. After the tour we headed back into the kitchen where we were taught how to cook our meal toperfection. This day was never rushed and a highlight of our trip. Chef Traci is the greatest! My wife and I were able to book an exclusive (covid safe) cooking class with Traci for our honeymoon... trip to Seattle. She took us on a tour of Pike Place Market and pointed out all the best vendors for produce, meats, pastries, cheese etc. and we got to sample plenty of products along the way. Perfect for anyone who's interested in learning about themarket's history and for foodies looking for a local chef's first hand knowledge on the area. After the tour chef Traci treatedus to drinks, charcuterie, and showed us how to prepare a delicious meal, all from the fresh ingredients we collected at themarket! Absolutely worthwhile experience and I would highly recommend checking out Atrium Kitchen!! I only wish we had bookedfor the beginning of our trip so we could have taken better advantage of our new found knowledge!!! Read more
