So I was here today, I added 3 cheese dips with my order and went to parking lot when I figured out that the asian lady with... bangs didn't put any cheese dips in my bag. I have to come back again to ask for the cheese and that lady didn't even bother togive a single apology! She just handed me over the dips without any words at all! Read more
This Auntie Anne's was a lot less busier than the other one in the mall when I was there- no line when the other one had a huge... line! The service was fast and the pretzel was nice and warm, if a little greasy. It really hit the spot! Read more

I was going to get a pretzel this past Saturday 10/5. There were 2 workers. Both with their noses hanging out of their... mask. Stood in line one of the workers was in front of the register leaning over the counter playing on her phone. The otherone was making pretzels. There was nobody in line and no acknowledgement from either worker. We eneded up going upstairs toWetzels where the workers were friendly, and all wearing their mask properly. The only reason we went to Auntie Anne's in thefirst place is cause there was no line. Wetzel's line is worth the wait anyways their pretzel and cheese are way better. Read more
Absolutely love this place! It feels like home every time I walk in the door. Susie and her baristas always remember my name and... order. Their soups and sandwiches are homemade and amazing!!! And their Ice cream is EPIC and DANGEROUS especially the saltedCarmel omg! Don?t even start!! I always feel like I?m family when I?m there and love hanging out in front of the fire. Normally I enjoy aunt Annie's pretzels, but I waited for 5-10 min as the ONLY customer and was not helped. The staff seemed to... think hiding in the back on their cell phones or making whipped cream was more important than helping the only patron waitingfor service. After waiting with barely an acknowledgement I had to walk away defeated and pretzel-less. I won't even bothertrying this location again. Disappointing. Read more
