Cesar salad was great! The wings were pretty good too. The pizza wasn't bad it just had a bit of sweetness I could get behind... but it might work for others. Really nice staff too! Read more
Incredible pizza cooked to order, excellent crust Tasty sauce NY slice , cant say enough good things. Also we arrived Saturday... night at 9 they closed at 10, they were super classy in service and then letting us know at 9:50 they would be closing. So niceand appreciated!!! Pizza and chicken wings took about 35 minutes. I was surprised as there was no one else waiting. When confronted, the worker... said "it's only been 20 minutes". I would suggest next time that the cashier inform customers how long they should expect towait. I don't mind waiting as long as I am informed, and also if it were busier but there was literally no other customers. Theworker [who I imagine was the manager or shift leader] told the cashier to offer us a cookie. Honestly would rather have anapology than a cookie. The pizza was also very disappointing and $35. Wings were not spicy at all and expensive for what it was.FYI they charge you an automatic 4% fee on all orders for restaurant cost. Overall found this experience strange, as the workerswere talking about how they have a negative google review but it had nothing to do with their service. Read more
The pizza is great and I love the portions of the big slices. Only downside I'd say is that I don't think it's really worth the... high price. We spent $80 for two pizzas which I thought was insane considering how a little generic it was in taste. I will say,I LOVED their crust! It was chewy and had a good taste. I think this would be a good splurge pizza to try out once but you canfind pizza at a better price elsewhere. Read more
It pains me to write this review, but this place has lost its touch. After paying over $70 for a large and medium pizza, we... waited well over an hour for our food. When we went to grab another beer, we checked on the pizza and were shocked to have twoboxes handed to us. When asking how long it's been done for, we were told just a few minutes. It was lukewarm, so obviously thatwasn't true. Our order was also "for here" and we got a number for our table, so why the to-go boxes and not letting us know itwas done? The worst part - there was no apologies for the giant miss or even an acknowledgement. The pizza flavor was mediocreat best. Flavor was way off to what we normally expect and tasted like cardboard. To make it worse, we brought an out-of-townerhere, boasting about the incredible taste this place used to offer. Overall the slices were tiny on the medium compared to thelarge, even though we paid up charges to split flavors. The pizza didn't reach the edges like usual, or like the largepepperoni. All in all, we will not be back. Tons of other pizza places offer better flavor, more attention to detail, and actualcustomer service. To reiterate, we were one of two parties in the restaurant at the time we ordered and we tried to be gracious,understanding they may be understaffed or busy with take outs but this simply pushed it too far. Carbonara pizza is my favorite. Love the eggs and garlic on it. Service was fast even with our big group.
This restaurant serves amazing pizza and provides very good customer service. The entire pizza was very flavorful to include... the crust, and the cloves were enormous. Ballard Pizza Company is a great choice, if you are in the mood for pizza. Read more
