Such a beautifully pleasant space, with nice art and tapestries. The service was really pleasant and the food came out very... quickly. The fries are some of the best I've ever had, and the burger was quite good as well. For dessert, I got the panna cottaand it was probably the best panna cotta I've ever had. I'll definitely be back! Cool spot that reminds me of a cool LA type spot. Very relaxed vibe and I'm upscale casual good. Had the Chaat chicken sandwich... and it was very good. Wife had the burger it also looked very good. Good fries too. Only had a co up plenof beers, but fullbar too. Covered, heated patio seems like the place to be, but the inside was okay. This was on a Sunday afternoon and thereweren't na ton of people there, so who knows what it's like in the evening. Would definitely check it out if you're in thehood. Read more
Cute vibes! But menu drinks were just OK and we ordered fries twice and they never came and then we were charged for fries on... our bill. Luckily the bartender was SO SWEET and made sure they refunded me for that. But yah overall was meh, I?ll come backfor a casual round at the bar probably but I wont bother for a full evening with table service. Read more
Gem of a spot with excellent, friendly, attentive service (rare these days!). Yummy cocktails and nibbles. Payment system... makes it easy to order quickly and close out fast. The restaurant is one of the most beautiful in Seattle, especially the patio. They've managed to get large trees in the patio,... string lights and carved wooden furniture. The food is good, it's like elevated bar food. The Reuben bread is delicious. Willlove more vegan options. Read more
This is tied for my best burger in seattle and def #1 in cap hill or for lunch. Compared to Skillet Diner, which has same price... point, there is absolutely no comparison. Even before you eat the burger, Bar Vasilando wraps it so well and their to gopackaging is so well done Skillet literally throws it in some skimpy bag and it?s soggy by the time it gets it you. Theburger is excellent. Well composed. Won?t fall apart like the skillet burger. The fries are excellent. Unlike skillet, theyaren?t these little potato nubs. So glad I found this spot!!! Read more
