One of the best ramen options in Seattle. Great broth in an intimate setting. Noodles are perfect firmness and portions are... pretty decent. I still order extra noodles which makes it a bit expensive but not outlandish. Read more

Betsutenjin Ramen is a small late dinner place, maybe if you look inside you won't want to go in. But don't judge a restaurant... by its cover! You will realize that pedestrians and people waiting have good opinions of this place. We had to wait for a longtime to enter the restaurant. Once inside, we ordered a delicious Hakata Style Ramen. It was worth waiting, you will not regretit! Read more

One of the best ramen places in Seattle. Lobster salad is underrated, Hakata-style ramen made to perfection, and both go well... with Sapporo. Stop wasting your time and go treat yo self Read more

Visited this place because they seem to be specialized in ramen. As expected, if you are looking for awesome ramen with... fantastic pork bone broth, their rich and thick flavor of the soup will conquer your taste buds. The ramen wasn?t greasy asother ramen franchises and kept the fresh taste as their main traits. The wait is a little too long considering there are only5 or 6 tables inside the restaurant, it was worth the wait for me and my girlfriend eating behind the curtain for privacy. Willdefinitely return to try their ?dandan men? in the future! Read more

Pretty decent ramen in capital hill, the shrimp soup is thick and tasty. They emphasize that they do not use msg for the soup,... making it straight from bones. The crab salad is also very unique, can clearly taste the crab in it. They give you seaweed tofold it in, could add some garlic flakes for taste. For the ramen, adding the garlic makes the whole bowl taste better. However, the downside of this place is that it is very small and the wait is very long, even if you arrive around 9 or 10 o?clock. Also, the chashu pork is not tender enough and with little fat. This is a ramen place that is worth going but maybe not worth thatlong wait. Read more

Great natural pork broth! No MSG or milk and the perfect level of salty. I think this is the first pork/meat in the ramen that... I actually loved! Love the amount of toppings they have you can add. The jello sake is such a unique drink and recommend. Read more
