Menu was exciting. Everything looked promising. Food was okay, not spectacular. Ceviche needed more citrus. Shrimp dish a little... bland, could have used more butter perhaps. I stumbled upon this restaurant while walking through Capitol Hill and noticed that they had happy hour. It's a small but very... nice spot. The staff were very friendly, especially the bartender. The food was reasonably priced and very tasty. I woulddefinitely return. The best dish I had was their calamari which had a side arugula salad. Went to BOCA during restaurant week. The restaurant week menu is very good value. Photos: beets salad, shrimp appitizer, thin... cut sirloin steak, desserts. All food items a pretty tasty and good portions. The shrimp appitizer with the bread was amazing,only complain this that it’s a bit too salty. Steak is good but maybe due to lack of staff when we had it it was cold. Tresleches flan is super good and highly recommend. Chocolate cake is super dense and won’t try again. Read more
What an hidden Jam! The atmosphere is beautiful and authentic! The food is flavorful, light and very delicious! Customer service... is great consistently! Their appetizers are very delicious! We tried fried calamari and delicious empanadas. Steaks are wellseasoned and served with incredible flavor bursting sauces! Just a great experience all the way through! Read more
Tried it for the first time. We ordered Appetizers rib eye roast with potatoes which was delicious. The calamari appetizer was... dry so sent it back without a problem and got a new plate sent out that was cooked perfectly. My mushroom pasta was phenomenalwhich had more mushrooms than pasta!! My family ordered the skirt steak and instead of the fries mixed it up with grilledvegetables or mashed potatoes. Service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance was lovely. Read more
I came here solo for SRW. Except for the flan (too much caramel for my liking), my meals were satisfying and flavorful. Portions... were generous; service was prompt, friendly, and attentive.
