For a restaurant of this caliber and price range, you would expect the utmost service and attention. Unfortunately that wasn't... the case for Bourbon Steak. We had a team dinner where over 12 of us dined splurging on wine and food generously. Given thatthis was during a weekday (Tuesday), and again we were ordering generously, we would think that there'd be some dedicatedservice provided. Because we were seated in an elongated way, we ended up getting a different caliber of service from one endto another. While one side of the table was given healthy dosage of wine, the other side splurged on the sides ordered. Itwould've been so simple for the restaurant to have just doubled all our orders to serve the table equally, but they simplywouldn't do so, even upon explicit request. Now onto the food. The fries were epic. And in general, other dishes were too. Butthe portions were tiny. So 3 order of fries (instead of the bread basket) for the 12 of us. It simply just doesn't cut it. I dohave to say my ribeye was also fabulous. But again, if you are charging $75 for the steak, it better be. My group left hungry, disappointed, and felt we weren't getting the attention we deserved. Again, not sure what was going on at Bourbon but wecertainly won't have another team dinner again for a while. If it wasn't for the great taste, I would've notched it down to2-stars. Read more

This place is fantastic. Not many restaurants are on this level and for the price it's definitely worth it. Ordered the Lobster... Pot Pie and I gotta say... It's a heavy hitter, but the flavor is creamy and the vegetables were on point. If you're splurgingor celebrating this is definitely THE place to check out in Seattle, Washington. Read more

Food and service were excellent! The steaks were tender and perfectly cooked, and the whipped potatoes and truffle mac&cheese... were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was ambient, they gave us a free sampler with fries and different dips (probably thebest fries I ever had) and they were very accommodating with us having a 1.5 year old with us! The only thing I didn't like wasthe price, but I guess you get what you pay for. Read more

The latest Michael Mina restaurant in Seattle. In the same location as RN74. Overall a good experience, but the price is up... there. I am on the fence if the value is really there, but definitely worth a try. We had the steak tartare, shrimp cocktail, and a waygu eye of rib. All were very good. The steak tartare is mixed table side on a plate. Not the best preparation I havehad in Seattle, but they don't use teragon so we liked that. It's a parsley dominant mix which I personally like. The shrimpcocktail is poached in gin which gives it a fun tangy flavor and it's different than you would expect. The steak was fantastic. They temper it in clarified butter which gives the steak a crisp finish but a silky inner. Really nice. The wine selection isinteresting with plenty of Washington wines. One thing I will say is the markup on the wine is insulting. It's almost 4x retailprices which I find offensive. I would bring my own wine next time and pay for the corkage. Read more

Very good. Chicken was extremely tender with a tasty sauce. Dessert had an exceptional caramel topping. Pork belly bacon... appetizer was quite delicious. Lots of new staff in training when we visited, but the bar tenders were top notch. Read more

I went here for my 20th birthday. The staff was SO amazing and welcoming. Everyone told me happy birthday as I came in. And the... staff even signed a card for my birthday! Our dinner was so special and amazing. Our waiter Walter was spectacular. He never letour drinks get below half despite having other tables to attend to. He also gave really helpful descriptions of the food. Thefood was super fresh and tasty. I absolutely recommend visiting this restaurant for a nice dinner if you're in the city! Read more

Got stuck in Seattle due to the canceled flights. Best week ever! Went to Bourbon Steak Seattle twice! Delicious food & great... atmosphere. The staff was amazing! The first night I ate the wild mushroom soup and the filet. The waiter staff knew exactlywhat cocktails or wines paired with each meal. The second night was New Years Eve and they served an amazing 3 course meal!Experience was awesome. Once again staff was exceptional. If you are ever in Seattle, please stop by! You won’t regret it! Best steak we have ever eaten. We shared the porterhouse, mashed potatoes and broccoli. We came for my wife's birthday in... Seattle. It was our first time in the city since the pandemic. The steak was so delicious. Everything we got was top shelf. The drinks, duck fat fries, salad, sides, steak and desert. Wow. When the steak was rolled out it was like a event. Everyoneturned around to witness it's glory. Kudos to the staff. We will be back for sure. Read more
