Went through drive through this evening and had the utmost worst customer service I have ever had and/or witnessed in fast food... service. I get that it sucks working in it but to use profanity at customers and coworkers and shove a person's order in theirface saying here is so unprofessional or acceptable. She definitely needs some customer service training or to be let go. Everycustomer going through the drive through she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards. Read more
This burger kong is a Great place but the food is getting to be way over priced for the quality of food provided. I can go to a... sit down restaurant and get a better prepared male for less. Most places charge 9-16 bucks a plate. I made my meal a large andpaid an extra 4 dollars for 12extra ounces of soda and not even a handful of fries?? ridiculous Seattle needs to stop taxingour already taxed items before we crash this economy even faster. Worst fast food spot in the area. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other fast food place. The service here is... terrible. Every single time I've tried to get food here they have messed up my order. Last time I tried this place they messedup my order and charged me more without even giving me everything they charged me for. Read more
I went there on 8/21/22 for breakfast and I asked a young lady a the counter if I could sit there and do something on my laptop... before I place my order and she said yes and was very professional. I ordered my food a few minutes later and sat down eatingand working on my laptop and then an older Indian lady (manager) came in. An older lady came to the store to ask to use therestroom and the manager?s response was so rude and inhumane. A homeless gentleman came inside the store to order breakfast andI could hear and see comments and disgusting attitude as soon as she saw the guy walked in. The manager moved away from thecounter to let the young lady take his order and he placed his order just like anybody else and I was watching the whole time.The manager then signaled me from the counter that people are not allowed at the restaurant for more than 45 minutes even thoughI was the only one seated with a piece of my food left in the bag whilst the other gentleman was waiting for his order. Themanager is very unprofessional and thinks less of people and I would recommend anyone to spend their money there. Read more
I think a lot of the staff is family and they're as nice as can be. Unfortunately had to watch a lady being a full Karen for... literally not giving handfuls of sauces (we heard her say she wanted several handfuls) the girl working the window seemed youngbut handled it incredibly well. She very calmly with a no expression of irritation keep explaining why that couldn't happendealing with childish nonsense stayed very cool. It's fast food but it always tastes freshly made and with the wonderful staff agood choice if you're looking for a quick grab meal. Read more
Always hot and fresh, the lines are never long. The rating should in no way indicate that it's a 5 star restaurant. It's still... Burger King but it's the best one I've been to Read more
Rude employee felt like we were bothering him ordering thru drive thru. Didn't get a spicy crispy sandwich or onion rings, or... sauces. Some random guy walks up to drive thru window while we are doing our transaction to grab his order. Very irritating tospend $50.00 on food and not get what we ordered. Lettuce and tomatoes look like they should be in a compost pile not on food!We ended up not eating the burgers or the spicy chicken sandwich due to questionable quality. Maybe the health inspector shouldstop by there. I also was not given the receipt. Maybe they are understaffed like a lot of businesses but I will not being goingback here. Read more
