$8 for a latte that doesn?t even taste like hazelnut? Not to mention they didn?t fill my mug to the top. Save yourself some... money and stress and go up the block to muddy waters drive through. That?s a coffee lovers cup! Read more

Man, the other reviewers on here are ridiculous. Complaining a barista accurately told you that the store was going to close... soon? Complaining a service worker didn't bend to your every whim? People in this city are so entitled. I live next door to thiscafe and come in pretty regularly. The baristas are always nice, despite often having a line of people. They get your stuff outin a timely manner. I have never had an issue. The coffee quality is great, and I also love the matcha they serve. Plus, a bunchof their food items have really impressed me. Got a hot chocolate that hardly had any chocolate in it. Then the Medici tasted like warm milk with a touch of orange and a... touch of chocolate. I have been going to and loving Cafe Ladro for years, haven't been in a while, but going back I was sodisappointed. Read more

I stop here occasionally for coffee. It is usually fine. Not great, but okay. The barista is a major factor in the quality of... the espresso, and today?s was not good. First of all he was certainly not a graduate of the charm school, not that I need Mrpersonality. Efficient professionalism is just fine. When I sat down with my mocha I found it to be lukewarm. I went back to thecounter and asked for it to be warmer. He topped up my cup and said ?that should be warmer?. It wasn?t. Read more

The coconut cardamom Latte and the ham egg cheese quiche were very delicious. Great friendly service too, highly recommend it.

Waited for one shakerato for ?20-minutes? at a quiet cafe. We came up to the counter like 10 minutes after, and was told the... coffee was not ready and they?ll call it out. However, we saw some customers ordered and got their coffee right away. Coffeecame out like this in the picture and skinny barista lady with blonde hair, hair tied, kept making excuses saying they calledout at least twice and we did not hear it. If she knew, she could have mentioned it to us on her way to the bathroom. I?m surethey were chitchatting up until making our shakerato not doing their job. Or her colleague made it and sit it there for a while, not called it out. And she offered us another coffee. But I don?t think so. You?re gonna keep us another 20 mins. That?s notgonna make any difference. Plus, I?ve never seen a shakerato like this ever in my whole life. We?ve been in this neighborhoodfor a long time and it?s our first time being treated like this. You should improve your customer service standard and not tellcustomer delayed coffee is customer?s fault. Worst experience. Read more

I stopped by to get a coffee shortly before the shop would close for the day. I told the barista that I may stay in for a little... bit so I showed him my vaccination card. He had a peek at my vax card, then simply said, "we are closing in 20 minutes." Thatwas cold. The latte, on the other hand, was scalding hot and burnt my tongue. Read more
