Giving this two stars because my chicken sandwich was really good until I got to the middle and it was raw and cold so I... couldn't finish it. The fries were typical fast food fries, nothing to write home about. I tried to let the staff know about mysandwich but no one working there spoke any English. Also, they don't accept cash which was super disappointing, all orders thrua kiosk that's it. So, I probably wouldn't go back here after this experience. Read more

These burgers are awesome, super fresh and taste great. Bit overpriced for portion size but that?s Seattle for you. I like all... the customization you can do on the ordering kiosks. Also you can watch a robot make the French fries. Seems this type of fastfood is the wave of the future, more automation, fewer human employees. This is located in the food court on the second floor. I was there for a Burger since I love your Beyond burgers. But One of your employees a woman around 530pm gave me a real meat... instead the Beyond Malibu. When I told her about it she was very rude and didn't even apologize.. Her name is Adriana. Read more
The only reason still got 3 stars is the food. K town hotdog was delicious. Disappointed because hotdog was really small. It was... not I was expected as shown on their menu. Another thing was, my order was very messy. All the sauces and ingredients were inthe side or more likely on the wrap or sleeves. Read more
Really happy with my order here. All at the kiosok, no mistakes or talking to people. Added extra grilled and raw onions to a... rather delicious smashburger double. Staff was nice. Seating was plentiful. Read more
This will be my first time eating here and trying it. The burger that I had was called Baja BBQ Bacon Burger it was delicious... and tasty though the onion ring was okay the sauce was bit messy overall the experience Was good the fries aren?t special but itwas tasty too lmao. I recommend if you want try something different while in Downtown. Read more
