Why or how is this place even still open. but it?s Chipotle though, right? Wrong. This location is dirty, the employees are... rude, because they are (i?m assuming) fed up. If you dare risk food borne illnesses and eat here, they mess up your order. Wascharged full price for a rice bowl that had the main protein left out and toppings incorrect. Expectations were low but man.Then I came in today and the system shut down leaving a bunch of delivery people and others in the lobby confused. They didn?teven handle that well either, just vaguely shouting over everyone that they didn?t know what was going on and basically tellingeveryone out of the store. Hope this location closes down so an actually good food joint can take the place of this jokeestablishment. LOL Read more

Worst quality Chipotle I've ever been to. The food portions are noticeably smaller than other Chipotles. Even when I specify... extra rice or beans it's clear that they ignore the request (via the app, never ordered in person). The food also just doesn'ttaste as good. I once ordered online for 5 people. So disrespectful place as possible . Ordered a bowl to go in 20 mins ahead. So when I came I waited 7 mins more so basically... they did my bowl for 27 mins. It?s awfully cold! No sour cream and fajitas at all. Conveniently located on Broadway next to Dominos and Garlic Crush in CapHill. It is quite spacious with a lot of space for... indoor dining. I usually get the chicken burrito, chips and salsa. Just a warning do not order delivery. Ive order delivery from this location twice, and the protein sizes are tiny. I paid 6... dollars for extra steak bringing the total for my burrito bowl to around 21 dollars with tax, and both times I did not recievethe extra meat. Also The order arrived in under 30 mins but was somehow completely. Don't waste your money. Read more
