Went to Westfield mall, and stopped by Cinnabon to get some yummy cinnamon rolls. If I'm ever craving for cinnamon rolls,... Cinnabon is my go too place. Their cinnamon rolls are delicious especially the cream they make it with. Highly recommend it ifyou haven't tried it yet. Read more
Delicious Cinnabons, mine tasted fresh and warm even though it was the last one on the rack. Really nice employees here too!
Like the previous review, I also noticed that the past two times I?ve gone here, the cinnamon rolls have not only been put in... really cheap to-go boxes, but the cinnamon rolls are not fresh. Both times I have gone in the last month, the rolls were sohard, that they broke my disposable (plastic) utensils. They also tasted stale. I had to get a refund both times. Other Cinnabonlocations have not had this problem. Won?t be going back to this location unless they fix this issue. Sadly not what it used tobe. I used to love this location! Read more
They knowingly sell stale to go packs. There is no telling how old the 4 pack was that we bought. The girl even lied when I was... purchasing saying they were cooling down. And it wasn't boxed in a Cinnabon box but rather a restaurant to go box with the opensides. No remorse and trying to get them on the phone at this location is impossible. Wonder if corporate is making them sellold product. Thanks for the reply. Still doesn't excuse the extremely poor customer service. If you know of these issues, whykeep selling less than standard products? Out of 4 packs because there were normal boxes of 6. And as hard as the ones wereceived were, hard to believe they were baked same day. Microwaved them and they were the driest baked good I've seen in years.There was no way to enjoy them. Was at the mall earlier and the store did not have any large rolls ready. I was already in line and the representative told me... it would be about 2min till a fresh batch came out. I asked her if I could pay for one and wait till they came out. She said"no" I said so you want me to get back in line after already waiting? She said yes and proceeded to ask others what theywanted. I stepped back and waited in front of the store but out of the way with others. She then told everyone you all just needto move to the side. It was just the way she was rude about it. I really don't understand why it was so hard for her to take myorder give me my recipet and when the rolls came out I would get my without having to get back in line. What happened?! The cinnamon rolls are now the size of plums! Updated yesterday: Several weeks later, revisited Cinnabon.... Ordered what I previously did; large Cinnabon, no icing. Am posting result; large, very delicious, light, tasty roll with thebest cinnamon anywhere! ???? Delicious and better than ever. Smells will draw you to this yummy place. The service was friendly and helpful. The Classic Roll is delicious and the best bang... for your money ($5). It was warm, soft, moist, melt in your mouth wow! The drinks sound yummy as well. Unfortunately, alreadygot a Mocha at Nordstrom- wasn't that good. Wish I had seen this place first. Not very well trained staff. Waited in line and got to my turn and said they were not selling any more even though there was... clearly 5 more rolls....could've let me know when she saw me standing there...smh. Read more
