The customer service is definitely lacking. You can be standing there for a while before they acknowledge you. I thought the... cupcakes were fresh made every day but it doesn't always seem that way. On top of that they don't make enough cupcakes to sellall day. So at like 4-5pm they have no cupcakes. Their entire purpose is to sell cupcakes. Read more
I?ve tried the red velvet, salted caramel, and the kate cupcake from here, the salted caramel was almost too salty? I couldn?t... finish it, and the kate cupcake was dry. But the red velvet on the other hand? WOW. New favorite. It has consistently tasteddelicious every time I have gotten it, I love it so much that I literally had a dream about their red velvet cupcakes lastnight. We were walking around Pike Place and figured we'd never been to Cupcake Royale before. There was a line which is always a good... thing, especially when it moves quickly. We got 4 cupcakes, Salted Caramel, Cranberry White Chocolate, Vegan Chocolate and theTriple Threat. I felt they were okay. The white chocolate one in particular is my favorite so far. The have a couple veganoptions which is excellent. The buttercream was a bit dry for my liking, I've definitely eaten better. Their ice creams arefabulous though! Also picked up capuccino shots. A good place for a quick cup of ice cream or cupcake when you're around. Read more

Really good baked treats that aren't too sweet. There frosting on the cupcakes don't overpower the cake portion of the cupcake.... Their cookies are really good at well I just wish they were a little bigger especially for the price. The coffee is pretty goodand there's a nice seating area to sit. Read more
A very nice place for girls has a pink atmosphere with nice paintings on the wall, they sell cupcakes and ice cream .. I ordered... the coconut cupcake it was a little too sweet and the coconut flavor was lost. I also ordered the salted caramel was not verygood I could not finish eating it.
