Not sure what the deal is here. It seems like these guys are working hard, but they must be understaffed because something is... wrong. The past few months, everytime i order, something is wrong. Not just my pizza isn't fully cut or anything like that. But,they haven't even started my pizza a half hour after i ordered it, or they had to remake it for some reason. Only once did icome in and they seemed genuinely busy or backed up. What led me to write this review is because they promised me a free pizza(which i never got) after waiting an additional half hour in their lobby, saying they had to remake my pizza and i got put atthe back of the line. They treated me like i was an inconvenience or something. I reached out to dominoes corporate just to getmy free pizza that they promised.. no response... I am currently writing this review while waiting in their lobby again, for atotally separate order. I'm just fed up with this location. What is going on guys? Get it together! Read more
My wife and I are in the hospital about to give birth to a child and we are less than Ten minutes away from the store location.... Unfortunately we cannot leave the hospital to get our own food. We placed an order at 3pm and here we are 3 hours later and wehave received our simple order from this location. This is by far one of the worst experiences I?ve had when ordering food. Icalled at 4 pm and the store manager states we are 4th in line to get delivered, two hours later I call and he says the sameexact thing! I?m very disappointed with the fact here we are almost 3.5hrs later from our original call we have yet to hearanything about our order! Terrible service!!! Read more
Came to try out the new Dips & Twists Combos and figured I could leave a review too. This location is typical, very standard... with no complaints. You have expectations coming to Domino's. Not a big fan of the Dips & Twists Combos, not sure if it'sparticular to this location, but I'm sure it's not. You get a few twists but not enough to finish your dip. I'd probably avoidthe marinara one in the future. It sounded amazing but the reality was pretty awful. I'm unsure how to feel about the cheeseonly one but I'm sure it's better than the marinara. I'd say the cinnamon bread and apple dip is the top tier option and so I'drecommend getting the Dips & Twists as a dessert. Anyway not much else to comment. Pizzas are standard and coupons are also thesame as you expect. I've had the pasta before too and maybe it's a bit small, feels like less than other locations, but tastewise it's all the same. The last 3 times I've ordered from this place it's taken over 90 minutes each time to get my pizza the fastest was 1h40m, the... longest was 2h 20m. Even if they are backed up they should tell the costumers in advance, not just sit on orders for an hourbefore starting them. The drivers also "forget" your drinks and dipping sauce about 50% of the time. Read more
Impressively fast. The thin crust pizza was slightly burnt on the edges, but not to an unacceptable degree. Both pizzas weren't... cut all the way through, but that was an easy fix. Contactless pick-up was a bit confusing as the door bell that you have toring needs to be pressed rather hard, and I had to wait a bit to pick up my pizza. One employee who was coming out of the storeto go on a delivery answered my questions quickly and got my pizza with no hassle. Fair quality Domino's pizza. Read more
Staff is very helpful and food was delivered quickly.
Well made most of the time. I have got some big bread bubbles that have no toppings on it of course and therefore that was like... missing a piece. I've only complained once and the company fixed the problem for me. The store hours may vary for carryout ordelivery so we had to pick up instead. Read more
