The experience I had with this dominos was disappointing. Usually the delivery service is very smooth and the food comes still... much pretty hot! Why? Because the delivery is on Meridian. But today it was the very opposite. We ordered for the food to comeat 12:00pm it turned out to be 12:00pm and the website just kept saying quality check. Delivery driver comes at 12:30pm. Noworries no big deal! Sign the receipt and she left. And the delivery driver was an African American lady wearing a hat and hadacrylic and when she delivered she was kind. But when she left and we looked at our order it was wrong. We ordered the extralarge feta and spinach pizza which comes with alfredo sauce , onions , spinach , feta and the garlic crust, cheese. This pizzawas so thin and stretched out you can not count this as a flat bread pizza. And even if it was the ingredients was wrong. Itcame with Mariana sauce and it came with barley and mozzarella that it didn't melt. only like 3 leaves of spinach and crumblesof feta. This was disappointing. We looked at our order to make sure we got the right one and we did so we do not know why itlooks like this. Especially since this has not been the first time of ordering. Called the store and they said we can get itremade. They say 15 minutes we come in 20 minutes. I come in and I see the delivery driver speaking with another customer andanother staff member handling pizza I wait patiently until I am spoken to. When I am I say I am here to pick up a pizza becauseit was made incorrectly in the most kindest way possible. The delivery driver looked at me with disgust like she is angry Isaid it out loud with another customer being near by. The people there seemed confused and was just silent not even respondingto what I just answered when they asked. First allow me to say i have tried giving Dominos several opportunities to fix mistakes, and try to win me over as a permanent... client over the past 3 years about 100 times and I'm still not impressed. Everytime my food comes it is either stuck to the box,smashed to one side of the box or just outright sloppy. I have complained to the store several times and have about 20 freepizzas offered to me in total for their mistakes. Pizza hut does not deliver to my address so im stuck with dominos. I havereferred dominos to friends and used them for parties and everytime they have disappointed. I'm happy to hear that others havehad better experiences but as for me i would rate them a negative 1 and wouldn't recommend them at all. Either people get onhere and lie about their services or they just choose to make my experience horrible either way i wouldn't recommend thisdominos! Read more

0 stars! I ordered a pizza with bbq sauce and light cheese, when it was delivered it had basically no bbq sauce and normal... amount of cheese (wanted light). I called them and they said they would remake it for me, I was super nice and polite. When theremake arrived it looked like they poured the entire bottle on it I couldn?t even see if there was cheese or not. I arrived and read that you need to order calling to their number. I called. Order a pizza. 10 minutes later it was ready.... Excellent service, and the pizza tasted great too. You need to be responsible and careful, wait outside for the pizza and followthe rules to take care of your health and their health. I recommend this place, fast, secure and tasty. ???? Read more
Oh man, very disappointed. We were going to go out to a restaurant, but before we left I saw an ad for Dominos $5.99 for large... pizza. So here we are..... my hubby picked it up an hour ago and I had to share this immediately. I know they say, ?u get whatyou pay for?, but dang, this is crummy. We asked for EXTRA SAUCE, definitely didn?t get that. We asked for double pepperoni????, none of that, I asked for half pizza to have pineapple, wish you could see how they put it on there, it?s like they didn?tcare to even spread it around ???????????. Dominos locations are always hit or miss. The times I have actually been able to get food here it was totally fine (for... Dominos.) The problem I have with this Dominos location is that the last three times I have tried to go there I have receivedone of a few rotating excuses as to why the employees can?t make my order. It will be well before close each time, not like I amcoming in at the last second. Whether I place the order online or try to place it in person, the same issue. It feels like theyare just lying to me each time so they don?t have to make anything. It is frustrating and often insulting, the employees arerarely the least bit apologetic and cordial about it.
