Delivery driver called me and said it was against Dominos policy to enter buildings if you ask for contactless delivery. I told... her that every other time I had done contactless delivery they just came in and left it in front of my apartment door. She thenhung up on me and completed the order. Knew they were going to be busy tonight, so ordered @11:25am for 5:45pm delivery. Called at 6pm when tracker showed pizzas not... yet in oven. Employee was extremely rude, and said they were way behind because they had 100 orders for the same time. If theycan't handle the volume, they shouldn't have taken the orders. Their fault, not mine. Right now it's an hour after the deliverytime and still no pizza. And the group of boys I ordered these 4 pizzas for are already gone, having to do fast food drivethrough on the way to their event. First, the staff here is amazing! Always polite and do a good job with my orders. This Domino's is pretty good. When I just want... a basic pizza that won't get into the 35+$ range, this is my go-to place. I like the 5.99$ carryout - it's a good deal. Iusually get the med 2 topping and 6 wings, and I haven't been disappointed yet. So, yes, for what it is, I give this Domino's 5stars for great service, constancy in food quality and good prices. First time ordering here and they forgot to cut my pizza! It was also Hella burnt at the bottom. Idk if it was an internal joke... or accidentally gave me one of their throwaway. It was not funny. Read more
'Excellent' rating by the local health board and the staff cares about keeping a clean shop. I noted the aprons are used but no... gloves, and that's because your food isn't touched by anything but sanitized tools once it hits the oven and afterwards. Read more
2 hours and waiting for our 1 pizza and 1 garlic twists. Dominos won't answer the phone. Been in a loop on the phone for 45... minutes. The pizza has been in "quality check" for over 90 minutes, meaning our pizza has been sitting out of an oven for atleast 90 minutes. Can't wait to heat everything back up.
