Super place from our start at the door, host greeted us, gave us expectations on when we would be seated which was less than 5... minutes. We were seated upstairs with fantastic view. Server was amazing, answered questions, made great suggestions and checkedin often. Had the fish and chips (2 piece) thick, cooked perfectly, lightly battered, we also got their award winning ClamChowder, with your first spoon full you’ll understand why it’s award winning (and they give you the recipe) how cool isthat! I had to try their Dungeness crab Deviled Egg, OMG was that a good choice. So much delicious choices to choose, make thestop, order up and leave with a smile and full stomach. We decided to order several appetizers instead of a meal in order to share. We started with Dukes' chowder sampler which was... an assortment of clam, lobster, Cajun and Northwest flavors. Our favorite was the Northwest one filled with chunks oflobster. Then we shared the Dungeness crab cake drizzled with a zesty lime aioli sauce and calamari steak strips. Thecalamari was the best we'd ever eaten. At the end we shared their Pier Pie made of espresso ice cream, layered in a chocolatecookie crust and topped with chocolate sauce, whipped cream and toasted almonds. I'd highly recommend Dukes. Duke’s Seafood has a long history of fondness in my heart dating back to my childhood. I am beyond pleased to say that while... many aspects of life have diminished in adulthood, I still relish every opportunity I have to go to Duke’s. Quite simply,there is absolutely nothing to complain about them and the quality of their food is second to none regardless of thelocation. That being said, this was my first time at the Duke’s on Alki and I was very impressed. The view was breathtaking ona clear day and the service was beyond friendly. Duke’s always makes me feel like family whenever I come and this locationexemplified that aspect phenomenally. 10/10 would highly recommend! Read more

The scallops in the ravioli dish were delicious, as well as the Bloody Mary. The chowder, fish and chips, and halibut quesadilla... were overall a little too salty for our liking. Seating is extremely crowded inside on the first floor. All servers werefriendly and attentive. Overall a little pricey. Read more
My partner and I ware in Alki Beach and wanted a lite dinner and Duke's made it spectacular. Duke is classy, consistent, and... has always the highest quality seafood items. We started off with the Prawns del Cabo Wabo. Grilled Mexican prawns with aperfect sauce to dip in and this wonderful avocado salad that is shaped like a cube when it arrives. For the main course we hada couple chowders, that we both shared. I chose the Lobster Mobster Pernod Chowder. It was sweet, creamy with little lobsterpieces floating around. It was served hot and very fulfilling. My partner chose the Rajin Cajun Chicken Corn Chowder. It wasyummy and had a little spicy kick to it. The best part that comes with every meal is the hot sourdough breed. Yes, of courseyou dip it in the chowder, so good. The server was super friendly, always there to make sure our drinks were filled.
