I love the plenty of clouds in cap hill, and was expecting similar flavours but was very disappointed. We had a few starters,... they were ok. The Dan Dan noodles and sesame noodles felt like we were eating from a salt jar. It was 9 of us, all of uscouldn?t even get close to finishing the food because we could not bear to eat it. Salt. Plenty of options, from noodles and dumplings to even generously stuffed flatbread sandwiches. My favorite is the mala noodles.... The house-made noodles and other ingredients (spices, pickled vegetables, etc.) go well together and make it a satisfyingmeal.\nThe Cloudburst on Shilshole beer garden the truck is located in has covered seating: a nice spot to enjoy both good beerand food while staying dry.
