I love the plenty of clouds in cap hill, and was expecting similar flavours but was very disappointed. We had a few starters,... they were ok. The Dan Dan noodles and sesame noodles felt like we were eating from a salt jar. It was 9 of us, all of uscouldn?t even get close to finishing the food because we could not bear to eat it. Salt. It was like eating salt. Read more

Plenty of options, from noodles and dumplings to even generously stuffed flatbread sandwiches. My favorite is the mala noodles.... The house-made noodles and other ingredients (spices, pickled vegetables, etc.) go well together and make it a satisfyingmeal.\nThe Cloudburst on Shilshole beer garden the truck is located in has covered seating: a nice spot to enjoy both good beerand food while staying dry. This is mediocre hipster beer garden food, not authentic Sichuan cuisine. We got the ma la noodles and pork dumplings. The... dumplings were probably homemade but didn\'t taste like Sichuan dumplings. The dumpling sauce was barely tingly (not authenticSichuan spicy at all). The noodles were super bland and lacked any real flavor. If you order online, beware that their estimatesare also wildly off too. They estimated 15-20 minutes online and then extended it a couple more times in person (each timesaying it would be 10 more minutes). On top of all this, you\'re paying $10 for 6 dumplings... that might be worth it if you\'rejust looking for a snack while drinking at the beer garden but there are so many other better dumpling places in Seattle thatare actually cheaper. For what the food is, its a bit on the pricey side but the flavors are on point. The numbing taste is definitely going to be a... vastly different flavor profile for some but keep an open mind and you\'ll have a great time. Love the mala noodles but foundthe noodles themselves to be overdone, however the staff was kind enough to cook them with a little chew upon request! Definitely worth a try. Read more

Plenty of Clouds (food truck inside of Cloudburst) has a great mix of rice, noodle and dumpling dishes. Although their menu is... short, they do all dishes very well. The pricing is average and the plates are pretty filling, plus they are delicious. Thestaff in the truck is always super nice and friendly and willing to give you recommendations when you need them. Would highlyrecommend eating here if you\'re going to the brewery. Read more
