Reviews for Dumpling The Noodle in Seattle, WA
Taste: 4 Quality: 4 Price: 4 Quantity: 3 Service: 4 I had been wanting to try this spot for awhile. All things considered, I... thought the food was pretty good. I don’t factor in ambiance in my rating. I would give it a 3 if I did. While it’s good forsmall groups, the place smells horrendous, like moth balls and dirty laundry. This is not the ingredients they use, that I cansay confidently. I digress. They have an intuitive menu that’s not overwhelming. I thought everything we ordered tasted reallygood. I almost wish I had lower expectations coming in because I did think the food was awesome. I think I just had review biaswhere I was expecting to be mind blown based on the reviews. I do think I’ll come back for casual occasions and recommend aswell. Be sure to make a reservation if you’re planning to make a trip in. Read more

First time here but it won't be our last. Highly recommend you try it if you're in the area. The staff was very friendly. ... Nice atmosphere and everything we tried was scrumptious! Didn't try the soup or noodles but they both looked delicious. Read more
Cute place in Wallingford with some great flavors! Wonton soup was delicious. The Lamen tasted authentic and had textures.... Everything was delicious, the bok choy dumpling was my least favorite but it was still good! Will definitely come back! Read more
TONS of amazing vegan options! We love how clearly labeled the vegan food is and they definitely put effort into creating... equally delicious dishes for vegans. We plan to bring friends here who arent vegan, as well, so we can all get something weenjoy. The two vegan noodle dishes I had were my favorite so far. The spicy wontons were also great. Read more
I've had better elsewhere. The dumpling/wonton fillings with pork or chicken are generally dry; however the pieces are small so... the dryness is not noticeable if you drown them in sauces. I've tried making my own dumplings/wontons before and it's achallenge to get moist meat unless you use plenty of fat. I just expected more from here. The only item I liked was the beefpancake wrap. The rest of the items were average. Read more
I have never had lamen before and I'm glad I found this place. We ordered Garlic Tofu Lamen and Shiitake Vegan Buns and Garlic... Tofu Noodle. The sauce in this noodle dish is out of this world. The texture of the noodles is also pretty phenomenal. The bunswere pretty big & filling, we dipped them in the lamen dish sauce. The pricing is also pretty good for Seattle prices. Will comeagain. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great place for vegans as well. Read more
Initial turned off was the sewer smell when we first walked in. Since we see lots of good reviews online so we tried. Food... tasted just ok. Not so impressive. Please people make sure you rate the place correctly not just give them 5 Stars for bigbowls. Service was ok not so happy with customers. Read more
