I love Einstein Bros. bagels. This review is solely about customer service from the manager lady with red hair. She was... constantly barking directions to employees and customers. I understand this is Seattle and people are very different here. Butworking for the public, you are their to serve them. Make the customer feel appreciated, not like a piece of trash. Read more
Nice Einstein's bagels with my favorite honey whole wheat bagel with honey almond cream cheese. Einstein's Bagels Coffee, too! ... This Einstein's is Kosher dairy, and has eggs and lox, but no other meat. Read more

I've been to the Einstein Bros in San Diego and had a really good bagel sandwich. But this location didnt really have the same... sandwhich options. The poppy seed bagel was good. The bagels are pretty good and the service is not bad. I feel that prices are deceptive, I ordered a bagel with peanut butter,... which ended up costing $3.29 even though the sign said $2.09 ( see photo). Read more
Bagel texture and flavors don't pop. Even toasted, they don't have any crunch. They couldn't figure out how to do a... build-your-own bf sandwich. No seasoning on eggs or veggies in hotvsandwiches. At this store you can't order online so why getthe app? No lattes available and no turkey gor bf sandwiches. Very nice team there, though. Read more
